When will my order be shipped?
Our current order processing time is 7–10 business days.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it may take a few additional days for the tracking number to be uploaded and visible in your order details.
Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time.

When will my packing video be posted on TikTok and Instagram?
For customers who purchase the packing video add-on service, the order processing time is usually extended by an additional 10 business days compared to standard orders.
The packing videos will be posted in order based on order numbers.

Why can't I checkout?
We are currently offering a maximum of two scoops per order for certain regions. If you are unable to complete your purchase at checkout, please try reducing the quantity to two items or fewer and attempt again.
