Worldwide Shipping Availability

We currently ship to a wide selection of countries around the world.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us a DM or email us at luckycupcakegifts@gmail.com. We will review your request and see if we can add your location to our shipping list.

Limited Orders in Certain Regions

Due to shipping costs, customs restrictions, and regional limitations, we are only able to accept limited order quantities from customers in some specific countries.

If you are unable to complete checkout after entering your address, please try:

  • Maximum 2 scoops per order, or

  • Contacting us for assistance.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Orders that include TikTok or Instagram video add-ons require an additional 10 business days of processing time

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Please note that Luxury Scoop orders are shipped by sea and typically require 30–60 days for delivery, with arrival times varying by destination.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your country).

Shipping Delays

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time; however, delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters or strikes).

  • Lucky Cupcake Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

  • All delivery time estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please verify that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

  • Once your order has been paid for (confirmed), we are unable to modify the shipping address.

  • Lucky Cupcake Gifts is not liable for packages that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the item.
