Even though you’ve selected a color theme, you can still leave extra preferences in the “Special Instructions” box on the cart page. We’ll do our best to personalize your scoop based on availability — but please note that specific requests are not guaranteed.
⏱️ Order Processing Time
Our current processing time is approximately 7–10 business days. Orders with the video filming service require an additional 7 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

As a small business, every part of the process — from selecting items to photographing and packing your order — is handled personally by me. Occasionally, my family helps out as well, but we do not have a large team.
