⏱️ Order Processing Time
Our current processing time is approximately 7–10 business days. Orders with the video filming service require an additional 7 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time

Please make sure all order details and shipping information are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. All sales are final.
We are also unable to change the shipping address after an order is submitted, so please double-check your address carefully before checkout.

We currently ship the Luxury Scoop to the United States (mainland only; U.S. island territories excluded), Canada, the United Kingdom, most European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and most parts of Asia.
If your country is not listed above, shipping may be subject to additional fees or may not be available. Please email us before placing your order to confirm delivery options.
📦 Standard Worldwide Shipping
Due to the size of this item, it is shipped via sea freight shipping. Estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days, depending on your destination. For remote areas, delivery may take longer than 45 days.
✈️ Air shipping is also available with an extra shipping fee. Estimated delivery time for air shipping is approximately 7–14 business days.
